What exercises are included?

Eight: Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Squats, Sit-Ups, Burpees, Lunges, Running and Cycling. Push-Ups is free; the rest unlock with Pro, along with custom goals, durations and difficulty.

How do active breaks work?

A timer counts down to your next break, a notification fires, you pick an activity, do it, and get back to it. There are 22 curated 2–5 minute activities across movement, strength, stretch, mindfulness and hydration - three are free (up to 2 breaks a day), all 22 with unlimited breaks on Pro. Breaks are schedule-aware, so they respect your work hours and pause on weekends, and on iOS the timer lives on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen.

Does it work offline?

Yes. RepDrop is offline-first - all your data is stored on-device and no account or internet connection is required. On iOS it syncs across your Apple devices via iCloud.
