Rep challenges and active desk breaks for iOS

01About RepDrop

RepDrop helps you stay active throughout the day - take on a 30-day rep challenge for exercises like push-ups, squats or pull-ups, log progress any time, and get schedule-aware desk break reminders to keep moving between meetings. It works entirely on-device, so your data stays private and the app runs even without a connection. Whether you're at a desk all day or just trying to build a movement habit, RepDrop keeps you accountable with zero friction.

02Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a challenge?

Open RepDrop and tap New Challenge on the home screen. The free tier gives you a complete 30-day Push-Ups challenge - pick Starter, Standard or Beast at 750, 1,500 or 3,000 reps - then tap Start. Finish it and you can start another one straight away. Pro unlocks the other 15 exercises plus a custom one you name yourself, any goal within that exercise's range, and durations from 7 to 90 days.

How do I log reps?

Tap the + button on your active challenge card. Enter the number of reps you completed and confirm. You can log reps as many times as you like throughout the day - each entry adds to your daily count and your challenge total.

How do desk break reminders work?

A timer counts down to your next break and a notification fires when it is up. Go to Settings › Desk Breaks to enable reminders, set your active hours, and pick which days they fire - breaks are schedule-aware, so they respect your work hours and can pause on weekends. Each break offers a 2-5 minute activity across movement, strength, stretch, mindfulness and hydration. Five activities and the full break timer are free; all 22 come with Pro.

What is Live Activity / Dynamic Island support?

On iPhone 14 Pro and later, RepDrop shows your challenge progress ring in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity, and your break timer lives there too. You can glance at your rep count without opening the app. Live Activities update in real time whenever you log new reps. Enable this in Settings › Live Activity.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not RepDrop. On your iPhone go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, find RepDrop Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

First check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings › RepDrop › Notifications and that Focus / Do Not Disturb is not blocking them. Inside RepDrop, confirm that desk break reminders are turned on and your active hours include the current time. If notifications still don't arrive, try removing and re-granting notification permission, then restart the app.

Does RepDrop work without an internet connection?

Yes - RepDrop is fully offline. All your challenges, rep logs, and settings are stored on-device. No account or internet connection is required to log reps, view your history, or receive desk break reminders. On iOS your data syncs across your Apple devices via iCloud when you are online.

How do I reset my progress?

To reset a single challenge, swipe left on it and tap Delete, then start a new one. To erase all data, go to Settings › Advanced › Reset All Data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone, so make sure you want to start fresh before confirming.
